I am getting so fat It is hard to perform functions like WMA

It stops today- I will not stop until I am under 200LBS

Going to do a journal entry each week....and track cals and activity daily.

This really is my last shot-----
267.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
