The pace is extremely slow, but effective - can already feel it in my thighs and outside of the stretch portion (called reboot), the "workout" was only 10 minutes. Fatsecret really doesn't have a description of tai chi, so I'm plugging in stretch/yoga.
Hubby and I both agreed we'd put 75% of effort into this routine. The other portion would be to do the food requirements, which we're already mid 21 day fix (my 2nd round, as I had to start over!)
