Didn't lose a single ounce! I guess I'm plateauing and need to hang tough doing the right schtuff until the scales are ready to go down again. In the bright side, my doctor is thrilled to see the change in my blood pressure numbers with the almost 20 pounds I've already loss! Now back to the grindstone!! Have a grand day in every way!

That darn idiot box can be so frustrating! One of these days it will drop like a rock. Our bodies are a mystery, just keep on keeping on and it will all work out.

No weight gain during this period is fantastic. Better to maintain than to gain. Great on the BP numbers!
