Have not weighed in (in either sense of the expression) for almost a whole year because (1) I don't own a scale, and I don't go to a gym that has a functioning scale, and (2) I was getting unhealthfully caught-up in the whole calculating-every-bite-in-my-head-to-the-point-it's-exhausting. So I gave it up.
I was in a good place for a long while until I started work as a brand-new teacher and had absolutely no time for luxurious meal preps and/or enough sleep. I was lucky if I actually cooked 1 meal a week... the rest was scavenging, canned food, and maybe a nuked sweet potato. A lot of candy was involved...
Now that Thanksgiving break is here, I've finally gotten a chance to breathe and re-strategize. Here's to a new leaf (and no more Butterscotch Hard Candies in the house...)!
