Well I worked out at the gym for the first time in years...the early senior aged women where out walking me on the treadmill, yet told me I was doing a good job. My inner thighs hurt from the friction of them rubbing together as I walked. I also tried the eliptical machine, which I am told will help strengthen my knees but seemed to make them hurt. I hope that tomorrows meeting with the personal trainer will be informative. I feel like I am cheating my kids out of something because I never spend money on me and here I go with a gym mebership. I also hope that the trainer has good suggestions as far as nutrition goes, especially on my very limited income and food stamps (which embarrases me). Hopefully this is the start of a new, healthier, can be a pretty fit bride!
