HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone!!!! Hope ya'll enjoy your day. I was going to hit the gym before consuming the holdiay calories but I woke up a little sore and came across the article down below. Hence I will be using it as my excuse to let my muscles repair and relax. Have a good one everyone!!!!

Even if your life is so busy that free time is at a premium, do your best to find time for regular cardio exercise. This type of exercise, which includes walking, jogging, jumping rope, step aerobics, biking and swimming, positively impacts your health in a multitude of ways. You can do cardio daily, provided it's the right type of exercise.
