So I'm 17 days into this whole new lifestyle change and I can actually say it's great. I haven't weighed in yet and with Thanksgiving being tomorrow I think I should do it now. But.....i need a scale first lol. Just left the gym and I like the fact that I feel the need to hit the gym first to make the rest of my day feel good. In any case to all my FS buddies have a safe and fun Thanksgiving. Xoxoxo

Well good luck! And remember, you should always weigh yourself on the same scale. Same time, same clothes, same everything! Scales can may be different (calibration and flooring), but should be within a few pounds of each other. Always good to have one "official" scale.
