Thanksgiving dinner is tonight...yikes! I am feeling ok about it. I think I can do pretty good and not overindulge or over carb. The hardest part will be the wine!
I cheated twice already on my Keto diet, I had intense cravings for sugar and gave in. I typically do not have a sweet tooth, I usually got my carbs by way of fruit, maybe some bread here and there. My keto sticks were dark purple, and I ruined it! Next time I feel like cheating, I am going to pee on a stick for motivation.
My weight is not going down either, but I still feel less bloated and less inflammation. I need to realize a healthy lifestyle does not come over night, and I need to move my ass more FOR SURE!
