Hoorah, finally made it to my current weight goal. I dipped under 170lbs for two days in a row, currently at 169.0. It seems like that last 10 pounds had me plateaued for nearly 4 weeks. Now I can start the "re-feeding" process. I have been on a high-protein-low-carb-low-cal diet since May. It is a health care provider managed diet using meal replacements powders and shakes and such... The 're-feed' gradually adds meat, carbs, and starches back into my diet. ... We will see how it goes,,, especially with Turkey-day in the offing... don't want to binge and regain any double digit number... Pete... :-)
