Have been doing long periods of intermittent fasting, but over ate last night! 2300 cals in one meal and snack! Weighed 221 this morning before cardio! Ugh... 216.9 after 1.5 hours cardio (water). 217.9 after about 30 + oz. water. MUST track calories to avoid binges. *Sigh
