Yeah day two done .... was a hard slog today ... nothing goes to plan my little boy had his jabs and has been pretty much histerical all afternoon so I have done NO exercise (other than pace the floor with him!)

Feel shattered now and so not in mood for exercising! .... Just got my dinner in the oven but feel like Pigging out ... going to try and resist!!! :o(

How is it sooooooo easy to gain weight but soooooooooo hard to lose it! it's not fair :O(

Moan over ... hoping tommorow might be a better day?? x

hey...running after baby is consider excercise....I understand the wanting to eat even when we are not hungry....tomorrow shall be a better day...just remember, any type of phyical activity counts...wishing u a better day today...tanya
