ok, day one done and dusted I have done quite well with my eating plan, I think? I am trying to stick to about 1600 calories per day.
Went for a long(ish) walk today, I have not done this walk for about 3 months and I am really aching from it. Suprised at how quickly you lose your fitness ... but I WILL get it back... just got to stick at it.
Planning on doing a run (on my wii fit) tommorow morning while the baby has his nap... I think a little exercise everyday will help me... determined to look and feel fab by christmas ... think I should be able to lose 21 lbs .. if I can do 2 lbs per week!!!!
