People at work are really starting to notice my weight loss even the bosses. The ask how and of course why and I just tell them how I wanted to feel better and be healthier. Everyone has been great and I feel great. I'm continuing to exercise at least 3 times a week and prep my lunch and dinner to stay on track with healthy foods.
