I seem to be ok at maintaining my weight as long as I'm consistent in my eating habits. I think I need to up the ante in the exercise though. I'd like to see more muscle tone in stomach which in my opinion is the hardest spot. Random thought- I am so not worried about Thanksgiving and I'm not going to let my family bully me into ..."just have a little bit, it's Thanksgiving" #lifestylechange #eatinghealthier
156.8 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
