I am having a really hard time getting the 70-75% fat ratio in my diet without overdoing the protein. And my goodness, carbs are in absolutely everything! This is really hard, but I am going to keep trying!

Don't forget it's the net carbs that count. I'm managing by adding walnuts and sauces with olive oil based mayonnaise. Fat bombs work wonders too. It gets easier once you get the hang of which foods to stay away from :)

Jules_AW, I found 19 on line and printed. I have only tried the 1 peanut butter cinnamon chocolate, it also has walnuts in it. was very good. they all look yummy.
