Water weight? Yes, some. Gotta get active. It's Sunday... First day of the week and what better day to get started? I will walk, or elliptical, or do SOMETHING to begin. Starting small is MUCH better than not at all. I need to do this for me. Not for my child, husband, mother-in-law, parents. All their needs aside, I need to do for me and me alone. It feels selfish. I'm not good at this, but I've put me on the back burner for too long. Sigh.
