Ive been avoiding the FS community because im ashamed of how badly ive been eating and i gained back into the 190's:( Im so disappointed in my self but now the time of self pitty needs to end and time to get on track I know i can do this and I need to not let the stress and other drama/issues affect my progress.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
