Good morning! Hello to all my FatSecret friends that i have not talked to in a while! Things here at home have not been going so well. As you can see from my weigh in i have just gained, and gained, and gained. I know why i am gaining, but when i think about how to stop it i get depressed that i am gaining and go on an eating binge. I have come to the conclusion that i possible have an eating disorder. So, i am back on here to try it again. I have got to lose weight, if not i am going to be sick and divorced. My husband is getting tired of the fights we get into from me putting myself down all the time. So here i am once again, i am not following a specific diet, but am looking at my WW Points and trying to stay under them. Wow i needed this little vent journal today. Well, now i am off to get the kid to school and to the gym. Will journal later!

Hey hun, I'm in the same group that you are in and came across your journal. I, myself am starting over again from home/health/ family issues. Just here to say welcome back and I'm sorry to hear that you've been in the dumps lately and to hear about the arguments you've been having with your husband. I really hope it gets better for you. Just hang in there hun, you can get through it!

Hi. I do have a ed.....I also do binge when I am fixated on my weight (always). I gained alot of weight when I was in an outpatient program and binged on top of it. I'm finally getting that under control and trying to lose it while following ww as my meal plan with my therapists permission. He's concerned because of the slipperly slope though!
