Starting over. Again. But, this time, I have support! I joined Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping gym and am on the 10 Week Challenge. I'm working out every morning with a team and have to log all of my food, focusing on a healthy balance of protein, fat and carbs. No chips, no ice cream, no beer. No problem! I'm excited to eat well and have a group of people who are working toward the same goal of improved health with a side benefit of fat loss. Let's go!
