Ups & Downs... didn't eat right or too good in the 2 past days, oh well... s**t happens.

I need to re-start exercising, hopefully from today on.

hey Mirej! I read on a previous journal that your exercise plan was done. so, now all you need is motivation to follow it!! I found that making notes or reading workouts that I already did helped me to find motivation to go back to exercise. right now I need to kick my butt too and do some strenght training. This weekend will be the beginning! good luck to you and wish me luck too!

Hi mirej! Those ups and downs on the chart are just water and nothing at all to worry about. You will be back down and on your way to your goal in no time. The chart is certainly thorough, I'm burning plenty of calories by just looking at it, lol. I love your love quotes. :-) Have a great weekend!
