feeling crap today. Need to start exercising, but as the school is closed for holidays Im finding it difficult to incorporate exercise into my day. I also bought a cal count watch off the internet and must say its bloody crap. It doesnt work and am so annoyed over wasting my money. SIGH!!! anyway, looking forward to this four week challenge starting on Sunday. I dont know how I will manage to curve the cravings during the four weeks - but hey, if I lose 10 pounds it sure will be worth the tamtrums ;)
