Cambridge68's Journal, 31 October 2015

Didn't do very well with food journal this week have to get back to writing everything down. I am sure I missed a bunch of stuff. I little loss so still going in the right direction.

I was bummed about the meat causing cancer report that just came out. After almost a year on Atkins eating tons of bacon and meat that was a bummer.

What do folks know about cancer rates and the Atkins diet compare to other diets?

So now I am thinking is bing fat better or worse than eating too much meat???

Who knows. It seems to me like there is always some study or another that comes out; then we find out that the information conflicts with previous studies. If you go to Atkins.com, Collette wrote about the new study. It seems to be certain types of meat.

Well you have to keep it in perspective. As you get closer to goal, you can move to owl and add in more plant based foods. You could also look into more plant based proteins so you don't eat so much meat if you are concerned. Everything in moderation is a great thing.
