Great loss week not sure why but I will take it.

I would really like to finish the weight loss by the end of the year and start 2016 a new person!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1323 kcal Fat: 98.77g | Prot: 86.43g | Carb: 25.74g.   Breakfast: Spinach, Butter, Fried Egg, Coffee, Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon, Heavy Cream. Lunch: Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Beef Stock (Home Prepared), Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Arugula Lettuce, Butter. Dinner: Dijon Mustard, Deli Sliced Ham, Tea (Brewed), Glory Foods Seasoned Southern Style Collard Greens. Snacks/Other: Market Pantry Deli Swiss Cheese Slices. more...
