Company Family Picnic today... OMG burgers or burgers or an orange...lol and I did eat the orange! Walked for like 4 hours pushing 2 kids in a stroller, and chased around 2 wee ones at the Zoo for the rest of the day- doesnt make up for breakfast and lunch burgers tho . Sensible dinner now that we are home. Whew!

Sounds like a challenging day. Personally, I have come to HATE those company outings, courses, classes and everything else that has food included. :/ I don't like not knowing what it'll bring me of options. What I usually do is have a light breakfast, and plan a light dinner (like a salad or something), so I have more than PLENTY calories for my lunch. That usually helps me through. 4 hours in the Zoo sounds like a lot of fun, though... :)

Really wish they offered a chicken or veg burger or something- wasnt even a green salad to be found... macaroni salad- ick! Coeslaw- ick! and Pasta salad - doubble ick...all that mayo i opted for the burgers assumed it would be the same calories and at least taste good!
