I've never posted journal entries or looked for support from the FS community. I guess I just never thought about doing it.
I do think, however, it might be helpful. I have a lot of weight to lose so I appreciate any support you guys can offer me.

I find that posting journals and interacting is very helpful for me, and hopefully I can be part of being helpful to others. Helps to keep me involved, on track, motivated, and honest with myself. I was a member here for a couple years before I became involved, I never lost a pound until I got involved. Looking forward to seeing you post and helping/supporting in any way I can. Also there are others here who've had a lot to lose and been very successful, they might be able to give you some pointers...check out Frosty Heimdall, he's doing great.

there is lots of support on this site so definitely take advantage of it! reach out and "friend" people, log your food and exercise, write in your journal - it's all helpful. we're all on this journey together, so good luck with yours!!
