Day 3 of Phase 1 wasn't too bad but I cheated a little and sampled something I shouldn't have. I have 2 more days before Phase 1 is completed. I need to be much more disciplined, by my choice. It's on 2 more days. On to Day 4.
233.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1500 kcal Fat: 60.96g | Prot: 94.12g | Carb: 159.53g.   Breakfast: Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Great Value Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Vanilla, Red Delicious Apples. Lunch: Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream, Sunsweet Dried Pitted Prunes, Great Value Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Vanilla. Dinner: Great Value Whole Natural Almonds, Olive Oil, Wild Harvest Mixed Greens & Spinach Salad, Treasures from the Sea Flounder Fillets. Snacks/Other: Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Great Value Raisins. more...
