OK weight loss is once again heading in a downward direction with this week's loss. So glad things are back under control. Have decided to order an inexpensive rowing machine to start getting in some exercise and increasing my weekly weight loss. I don't have too far to go now and my goal is to be done by my next birthday in February. That's about 4.5 months. I will do my best to achieve it, but if not I know I will be finished before the summer. Hoping everyone is doing well in their endeavors. See you next week :)
