Aaah, two months later I'm up 4 pounds. But this is ALL MY FAULT because I've been eating like a pig. Eg last night at around 1am, I ate a giant bag of chips in like 15 minutes. I've definitely come to accept that my eating is an issue - like drugs or alcohol. I'm the classic definition of emotional eater. I don't want to go back on HCG (or rather I tried and couldn't hack the strict routine the second time round) so I'll go back to journalling, which is really helpful

Start the day with a big glass of ice water or two. I just read 4 hour body. It is funny and may have some good ideas in it.

I echo KittenQ comments. I am an emotional eater too. Bad day at work, go to the food. I realized, for me, it is thinking about what I was going to eat before it happens. The other day I was going out to lunch. I was going to order my normal meal at this place. Before I did however, I looked it up on my smartphone---1356 calories. WOW! I changed my mind found something around 630 calories. It was so excited that I thought before I ordered. It truly helped me. I hope that helps. Stay focused and come to the website for support.
