One step forward, two steps back. Grateful for a week of exercise, and even though travel makes things tough, I remind myself I get to see new places and meet new people. Nothing to complain about
134.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
