I'm setting a personal goal for myself. I'm going to a festival this coming Halloween, so I figure it'll help motivate me. I'm going to try and lose 8 lbs by then... so I have 5 1/2 weeks to do it. I think it's totally doable if I stick to my exercise regimen and make good choices on what I do and do not eat.

I broke 150 lbs for the first time in almost 15 years!

Holding steady on my weight but many people keep telling me I look slimmer. I'm fairly certain it's the direct result of hitting the gym 3-5 times a week. Flattered yet frustrated.
