For lunch I went to a non-chain restaurant and so I cannot properly log my intake, hence this entry.
At Prince Lebanese Grill I had a Lebanese salad ( tomatoes, onion, and cucumber in a lemon, oil, and herb dressing) topped with grilled Mashawi beef. It was actually quite lovely and I didn't miss the rice or pita I'd ordinarily have. I did wish I could have had some falafel though, and my mother was kind enough not to order any so I would not be tempted.
I'm so glad that I was able to find something so satisfying at one of my favorite restaurants that fit my diet without any alterations! ♡

Way to go! It sounds like a really healthy lunch. I had something very similar yesterday which was served with pita on the side it took every ounce of my being to stay away from the pita , in which I did! Keep up with the healthy food choices. You are doing great!
