Skparker's Journal, 13 October 2015

Yesterday, out of illness/allergies, I gave the finger to keto for the day and just ate what tasted good. I know I went way over my carb count, but I hope to get back on track today. Fortunately, I didn't get hit too hard, weight wise. Probably because I'm still drinking tons of water. Anything cool to soothe my throat. Which translates into having to use the restroom a lot, but that's not a terrible thing, right? Trying to get back on track today, but I'm sure some of the medication/cough drops I'm using aren't keto friendly and feeling like this, I just don't care at the moment.
