I've been sick and lazy this past week about eating properly. Planning to get back on track this coming week. I meal prepped a bit yesterday so hopefully that reduces my chances of making more excuses!
231.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
