You have very little to lose, so it's going to be harder than someone who has a lot to lose. If you are already in a healthy weight for your height, it also can be more difficult. First, are your clothes more loose? Have you been keeping track of the inches lost. People who don't have a lot to lose and exercise a lot, may see the loss in fat/inches instead of on the scale at first. Are you eating your daily points as a minimum every day? Do you eat any of your activity or flex points to boost your metabolism when exercising heavily? Do you drink your water? Are you eating too many processed type foods (they contain a lot of sodium and can make you retain water)? Are you getting in enough protein, dairy, fruits and veggies? I had a friend who didn't lose for months, but went down 4 sizes. Keep changing things up till you find what is working. You might try having high and lower point days (zig zagging points/calories). You might try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones. Up your intensity or duration of exercise. Switch up the exercise that you are doing. Spend a week eating as natural as possible and see what happens. It's not easy.
