Niferishere's Journal, 15 August 2011

One month ago today, I decided to start monitoring what I eat, just to become more aware. Becoming more aware has opened my eyes to so many things and has helped start me on the road to being a more healthy Me. As of this morning, I am now 11.2 lbs lighter (fluctuating some), and I'm already starting to feel better. My mom and my little brother have joined me now on this road, and I am so proud of their progress! Together we work out for about an hour and 40 minutes a day (some days a little less, some days a little more, but always more than 30 minutes) about 5 times a week. We motivate each other, challenge each other, and most importantly make this fun! I'm really excited and can't wait to see what month number 2 has for us!!
