I missed a couple entries but I was conscious of what I was eating. So far lost 1lb (yay!). This is what I did:

1. Drank lots of water (with or without aloe concentrate)
2. Drank one or 2 cups of tea and coffee without sugar, milk, creamer.
3. Cut down on dairy intake.
4. Ate fruits and veggies at lease once per day every day.
5. Avoided my daughter's lovely stash or salty, crunchy, cheesy snacks (which she has once per day, she does swimming and dancing every day so she's skinny).

My main aim is not only lose weight but to eat greener. I'm thinking of becoming vegetarian and eventually a vegan. So, for now I am weaning myself off meat. Beef, pork, goat and mutton have been eliminated completely. I only eat chicken, eggs and seafood as protein from animals.

There have been some changes to my body already, especially my digestion, it is hard to describe but it's all good.
