Been away four months with family and friends,over ate on all the wrong foods, so ruined everything i had lost. Back home ready to start over.

Thanks, I went backtoday to my support group, i was ashamed for gaining back twenty pounds in four months, but they welcomed me back with open arms. today is the first day to get back on track. I was only five pounds away from goal. Now i have twenty five to go.
