1/2 muffin and fruit for breakfast, roost chicken for lunch, grilled shrimp and veggies for dinner. 2-3 Crown/Fresca's. 3 cups coffee
226.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
