Wellllllll. Binged hard this weekend. Ate allllll the carbs. Ate way too much. I am really not surprised by the scale, but I am thoroughly disappointed. So I am going to sincerely crack down. I am done eating crap, I am done binging. Time to get serious again.
However I currently feel like I am in massive carb withdrawl, which is no bueno.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday!

gaining 4.5 lb a week

4.5 in a weekend? We must be related! I can gain like that. Weirdly, a gain of 4.5 lbs, assuming that 1 calorie is 3500 lbs, means that 15,750 calories were consumed over 2 days with no calorie expenditure at all! How does that happen? The only way I can think of to rack up that many calories is is much beer &/or a liqueur like Baileys. But as sleeping, or even merely existing burns up some calories, the calorie consumption would have to be over the 15,750 calories represented by a 4.5 lb weight gain. I'm baffled.

I think every one had a binge this weekend. I have the cravings too today but slowed them down with a chocolate protein shake .. Hang in there.. it will pass in a day or two

I know most of it is more than likely water weight, or cheese weight. I ate a lot more cheese than I should have and usually it bloats me pretty bad. I know it'll go down, and hopefully this time I will learn!
