Well I had a small downward move of the scale today so that counts as success!!! This has been a very slow journey, but I guess that's for the best. Always seemed like the faster I lost the weight in the past, the faster it eventually came back. Not this time!!! This time it's STAYING off :) I think I need to start concentrating on exercise since Winter is coming and that means lots of time indoors. I have several exercise tapes (never used) that I'm going to check out. If I do at least one that's better than anything I've done in the past. Well hope everyone had a great weekend and are on track. If not, chin up!!! See you in another week :)
