Small loss this week. At least the scale inched downward. Try to do better next week. I guess in prehistoric times my ancestors were real survivors lol. They just held on to their fat really well :D Anyway, if I can just lose 10 lbs each month until my birthday in February, I will hit my surgery goal weight!! Here's hoping for the best!! Hope you are all doing well this week.
