Miserable Monday. Huge headache today and just feel like eating. Will start fresh again tomorrow.

thank you! i havnt had a meal for lunch but just snacked on chips and cookies and milkshake. so tonight i will have some salad or veggies.

hello.. I am new to the fatsecret app. can someone please help me? I am trying to check my fat protein and carb intake when I concoct my own recipes. just so that I keep myself in check :( else... im going to impact negatively on my mission. can some kind soul assist me?

click on my cook book and then submit recipe, from there on you should beable to add separate ingredients and portion sizes and then once you save it then if you make the same dish again you can just load it up when adding ur food.....dunno if that helps but hope it does

Hi Denise. You confuse the hell out of your body by doing what you're doing. I would suggest leave the fasting. Maintain your recommended RDI and maybe have 200-300 cals less for a few days.
