Didn't weigh in yesterday as I had no scales in London. Not surprised to see that my weight went up over the weekend, probably the restaurant food and alcohol. With Hubby away I always find it easier to stick to my diet. Let's see if I can manage 2 weeks without alcohol....Got to get into those holiday clothes in two weeks time.
