I am only weighing in today because over the last week or so I have worked out on and off. Some times the hard rains derailed my plans and last week a location for bootcamp was posted wrong on the website. Don't fret I did zumba instead but as ever one knows bootcamp is harder. I bought some new shoes a half size bigger aND they are great light weight and I can really move. Three weeks ago we did drills with speed and it has really ignited something in me. I run with a run group that is wonderful but I have been in beginners mode with a slow pace. This guy was the substitute leader and came up with this rely from h- e hockey sticks. 6 400 dash rely and 8 100s. I was beat running but secretly I was happy to move. On Mon I was going to bootcamp and Tues track runs I was feeling like running through sand. I am going to change and start a bootcamp class on sat I am really hoping this one works out for me. I did a few long runs 7 miles and nine miles and I wish I did one this weekend but I did not want to get sick running in heavy rain. I have to figure in my long runs because the run group I previously was running has their 10 mile race this weekend and will stop running. 6 am works really well for me because I can still get in zumba and yoga- which I did not do last week😩 I know I could run a lone but I really lack motivation to push myself to run far consistently. At work I have to get there early and run on the treadmill but 5k is my normal and it is hard to crank out more. time is a factor but also boredom.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
