Been a week of stress and loneliness Didn't track anything and it shows. But I will be kind to myself and get back on the wagon
211.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sorry you had a lousy week...never a need to be lonely...send a private message and I'll be glad to listen! It makes me feel a little less guilty that I haven't been the only one who hasn't been exactly on track so we'll just stick together and keep on keepin on! :)

Sorry to hear the week didn't go well for you. Just remember, it's about the "war" not the battles - Don't worry about the weekly fluctuations, just stay focused on making/sticking to healthy habits and working out. Even if it's just a couple jumping jacks, mock skipping, etc, it's important to keep yourself active and focused. The weight will follow if you focus on health/fitness related objectives.
