Today I decided I need to lose weight. I weighed in at just under four hundred today, I write that out because the words arent as scary as the number. However I have a four year old, three year old, and a seven month old and get tried climbing stairs. I want to see them graduate, get married, and have kids. If I dont curb this now I wont get to see those things. So I have decided, time to get down.
