Haven't done so well tracking my points the last few days. I did good yesterday, first day all week. Been sick for several weeks now, my main symptoms are nausea and tiredness. I just feel awful! The nausea has slowed my appetite, though and so that has helped weightloss, but that's not the way I want to lose! Gonna keep trying though. Each day is a new day and a new chance to make the right choices. Dinner last night was so delicious! Salmon, couscous and butternut squash--very tasty! Wish I could eat it every night, but only my older son and I eat salmon, so I would be fixing two meals every night, and I just don't enjoy that. Planning enchiladas tonight, but will watch my calories closely today. With the way I've been feeling, I might not be eating the enchiladas myself anyway, might just have soup. The hubby has been asking for enchiladas and I promised. Skinny man needs to eat! haha
