Started back walking (morning & afternoon work breaks) yesterday after taking about 3 weeks off. "Walktober" challenge at work starts tomorrow. We are challenged to get at LEAST 5,000 steps/day in ("bronze leaf"), try for 7,500/day ("silver leaf"), & REALLY shoot for 10,000/day ("gold leaf") every day for at least 20 of the 31 days in October. Buying a Fitbit tonight to try REALLY HARD this year (it's an annual event at work) to keep BETTER track of my walking & try to keep the better health habit going even when the challenge is done.
