Wow. 2 cups of rotisserie chicken is 640 calories! I thought it was one of those rare delicious foods that had hardly any calories. Too good to be true I guess. I turned down a huge order of pasta for dinner last night for my spinach salad with chicken. Although the pasta would've been around the same calories, I didn't need the carbs. Here's to a new day!
