Don't be demotivated Mbali... Keep strong and your body will soon react to the changes! I see that your calorie count is very now though, you should surely be taking in around 1400 calories per day.
And have you measured yet?? Cause you have probably lost cms :)

Thanks Kelz. Yesterday was deactivated to eat after the scale incident. Some days i didn't add all the food i ate. Speaking to Zen, will have to see what she says. I didn't want to weigh in every week, but after this incident, I'm going to be weighing in every week. I was so angry when i got home...lol...Thanks for being here
